Evogtm Refund Policy
Evogtm does not offer any refunds. We may, however, make exceptions due to extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
Requesting a refund: Closing your account does not initiate a refund. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please write administration@NativeUI.com for assistance.
It takes approximately 10-14 business days for us to process a refund. In addition, once we process a refund, it might take a few days for your bank to make the funds available.
Amount refunded: Refunds are based on the subscription rate, your termination date, and the cancellation policies for your plan type. Any refund awarded shall be at Evogtm’s sole discretion.
Refund approval: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
